Inspiration

Frustration with poor team experiences.

We've all been in teams where either everyone is highly skilled in one field and not the others or lack the required skills. Working with our friends can often work in our favor when allowed yet it's not the case for most university assessments. Random allocation is hence, not an efficient way. There is a need for a structured system.

What it does

Aims to allocate team member automatically on the tutor side using skillset-matching algorithms to find the balanced or best fit for optimum team performance and learning.

I worked across the full stack, working mostly on the front end logic and integration with Firebase. I also helped our team transition to using Semantic UI React for styling.

I pretty much a devops, where I set and config Firebase with my mates. Besides that, I also do handle some stuff from the backend and some stuff from the front end like setting up some ui and styling. Regarding backend, I handled some data transition between Firebase and front end + some data processing.
