Inspiration

The MLH challenge inspired me to develop this project

What it does

It displays cat images which are fetched from thecatapi.com/

How we built it

1) Fetched some cat images from thecatapi.com/ 2) Stored those images in json file 3)Wrote a frontend to display cats beautifully

Challenges we ran into

1) Limited number of API calls so had to store the json response 2) I am bad at css, need to learn more

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Wrote a decent looking responsive website

What we learned

1) Fetch method 2) File handling 3) Some more css

What's next for Cats World!

1) Maybe have an option to filter cats, or search them 2) Known bugs to fix: Some cats take your full screen (I call that a feature), Some cats just dont want themselves to be displayed :(
