Inspiration

Our initial inclination was to create a platform to identify fake reviews. However, given the time constraints, we pivoted towards a domain we're familiar with, coming from the blockchain development program at George Brown College. The result? A platform focused on auditing smart contracts.

What it does

ChatGBC audits Smart Contracts using the GPT AI API.

How we built it

Deciding on the project was our primary challenge. Once that was settled, everything else started to fall into place. Though it didn’t reach the heights we had envisioned, the journey was riddled with invaluable learning experiences.

Challenges we ran into

Being our first hackathon as a team, we grappled with the distribution of tasks. Additionally, deploying everything on Docker proved to be a formidable challenge, and we're still in the midst of it.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Despite the obstacles, we have a working app! Bringing an idea to life in less than 12 hours stands as a testament to our dedication and teamwork.

What we learned

Beyond the technical intricacies, we discovered the importance of working cohesively as a unit and placing trust in one another.

What's next for ChatGBC

While the journey has just begun, we have charted out a potential roadmap for ChatGBC, should it gain traction:

• Output Enhancement: A more formatted and visually appealing output.
• UI Overhaul: To offer users an intuitive experience.
• Docker Integration: Making the app Dockerizable for seamless development.

In the future, given the momentum, we envision integrating features like user login to save responses for future reference. Users might also be given the flexibility to integrate their API keys and even use their custom LLM models for querying.
