clear clouds

Inspiration: there is huge noise in communication , most of the call drops and call was unable to hear

What it does: by clear clouds we can hear the crystal clear voice eliminating the noise

How I built it: using the watson api and cloud api

Challenges I ran into : still to explore and integrate with the mobile and cloud api
