Inspiration

This project is inspired from the hackathon's outer space theme to provide users with an immersive and educational experience exploring our solar system in 3D.

What it does

This project is a 3D solar system visualization implemented using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The web page creates an interactive 3D representation of the solar system, allowing users to explore planets and the sun. The planets are arranged in orbits, and each planet can be clicked to reveal a popup with additional information, such as a title, facts, and a quiz.

How we built it

This project uses HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for a dynamic 3D solar system. We used Google Docs documentation, collaboration. and Visual Studio Live Sharing to streamline real-time coding.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of our effective communication and collaboration that allowed us to accomplish this project.

What we learned

We learned the use of collaborative tools, such as Google Docs and Visual Studio Live Sharing that enhanced communication and coordination skills within the team.

What's next for Cosmic Explorer

Cosmic Explorer is planning to optimize user interaction by adding more dynamic features, such as planetary rotations or user-controlled camera movements, providing a more immersive experience.
