Inspiration
We had our monthly newsletter the CS Voyager (https://csvoyager.vercel.app/), where we published articles in form of a flipbook. But our readers and team members demanded that we should make videos as they are easier to watch. I and fellow members of designing were not well experienced in video designing, and they took a lot of time and were very complex. We felt we need a simpler tool to design videos from text content.
What it does
Generates HTML presentation from markdown. The user can switch between slides, we will soon add the feature for auto-scroll so that it looks more like a video.
How we built it
It is a web-based presentation application that makes slides and completes presentations using Markdown. This tool is for creators who want to make presentations in a short period of time just by giving data using Markdown.
Challenges we ran into
We have researched a lot and found that there are not many tools for developers and creators which can be used to make presentations using Markdown. Also, We found that whenever creators want to make a simple presentation they have to use presentation tools and start designing it from scratch. Now, We have solved this issue now creators can use our tool for making presentations just by giving data using Markdown.
