I always want to learn what is blockchain, smart contracts and this hackathon give me really great opportunity to learn those tech really thanks gies🤗🤗

Inspiration

I got the inspiration from my college friend project, he was created a decentralized todo list application so I thought why don't we create a decentralized video sharing platform

What it does

It does take a video from the client pc (note:first user need to connect to a blockchain wallet eg.metamask) and code and data lives on blockchain that power by Ethereum smart contracts and the smart contracts store the references our videos that lives on IPFS(inter planetary file system) network that will serve the videos back to the user.

Actually, this is the first time I work on blockchain my biggest challenge was to understand how this technology works

Accomplishments that we're proud of

1. I really complete this project :D
2. work on blockchain,solidity and use Ethereum
3. now I understand the technology behind crypto and what is smart contracts

What's next for DapVideo

it is a really basic app I want to add full CRUD operations in it and want to host it on the web, create a frontend from scratch and make it a fully functional web app
