The research on this recently discovered topic, on how the microbiomas affect other microbiomas and the seminal metadata from pacients.
What it does
The built project tries to find correlations, above a certain reliability, using Decision Trees, heatmaps with microbioma and metadata, and clusters of microbiomas that appear together in certain scenarios.
How we built it
Using Python as coding language and the following tools: Google Colab, Tensorflow and Keras.
Challenges we ran into
Few data to obtain conclusive results in some instances, and missing data.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We found some relationships between microbiomas and seminal data.
What we learned
Python, Decision Trees and experience with a first hands on with data science.
What's next for Data analytics microbioma
Enlarging the dataset to be able to continue looking for correlations.
