Inspiration

Remotely control the Canon camera to be able to take Canon shots on a drone

What it does

A graphical user interface on a browser allows the control of the camera remotely to take pictures and record video, with other control features

How I built it

We used Canon APIs, Flask, Python, and HTML template

Challenges I ran into

Compatibility with native Python libraries

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Great look, feel and usability, along with the ability to fully control the camera from a browser

What I learned

I learned how to build a browser with flask, run the API commands and design the graphical user interface with HTML

What's next for DEEP WELLZ

This application will be used for flying the Canon on a drone. We can also implement facial recognition to initiate the camera commands.
