Descratchoff-card

Inspiration

Gaming is always fun for me, as a child, I played too many interesting games and now being a developer in the web3 space, I thought of creating my own game which can bring people's childhood back with a smile on their faces.

What it does

Descratchoff-card is based on ChainlinkVRF and IPFS NFT.storage with other implementations. It is a digital scratch card Dapp where users can win prizes by matching 3 images. Simple to play and you can enjoy it in your spare time and win prizes.

How we built it

We have implemented Chainlink VRF (Determine if the user won something from a digital scratch card ), NFT.storage (Store images for the digital scratch card on IPFS), NFTPort API (Mint the NFT of the digital scratch card on Polygon for free using Easy Mint API).

Challenges we ran into

It was a little bit challenging to plan and figure out things but with chainlink and IPFSit became a simple task to design a game.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We successfully deployed this game and participated in Chainlink Fall 2022 which is a great achievement but beside this those people who are using our demo site to play the game enjoyed it and promoted it forward. We are happy to bring smiles to people's faces.

What we learned

We learn how we can use chainlink VRF and IPFS to build Dapp and integrate them parallelly.

What's next for Descratchoff-card

We will be taking it one step forward by introducing multiple games in one Dapp and then will look for grants so that we can generate funding.
