Inspiration
I got this idea thanks to covid. Imagine a website where you get accurate diagnostics and chat with real medical professions without leaving your house. This would allow you to save time and money on expensive hospital trips when there is a simple remedy already available.
What it does
How we built it
C# asp.net backend with Microsoft Entity Framework and Microsoft SQL as the database. The front end was written in React using the Material UI framework
Challenges we ran into
I decided to use dependency injection mixed with the factory model. Both of which I've never used before and I'll admit spent way more time that I should have figuring it out.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
See "Challenges we Ran into" as solving those was very rewarding
What we learned
I learned a ton. Mainly about different design models as well as how neatly structured code can help speed up development time.
What's next for Diagnostix
I might work on it some more over the summer when I free up some time. I want to get the Neural network part completed.
