Cities acquiring land for public use thru Right of Way is lengthy process .with a Row management system, cities and public agencies to, avoid complicated paper flow can assign workflows to each land parcel.

What it does

The problem of public works agencies, in Right of way issues is streamlining the Right of way Land acquisition, a lengthy complex process.to implement Road Infrastructure and Sustainability of the local ecological environments requires Environment clearance from the public agency . Pega’s easy to use drag-and-drop development gives the ease to user to adapt to their full block.

How we built it

Having a good knowledge of Row issues, I created a PDF that outlined the Problems that crop up in right of way. How an app is solving It. What functionality is the app providing. What is the Pega technology that will be used to prototype app, namely Low code development and App studio. I also consulted with a Right of way practitioner , and he stated their dependence on spreadsheets and Pdf documentation . I focused on the microjourney by referring to Pega Academy Service Request , and Then used the Previously prepared PDF to filling in the stages and Steps for the Right of way case life cycle. which starts with a Request to identify private land to be expropriated and Resolves to an offer to Stakeholders.
How does Pega help? With the App studio can produce a workflow , quickly in development Stage . Create the Owners and the personas
With google drive and Pega Appstudior Collect appraisals and include tracking details of features on the land with case life cycle.
