Inspiration

I was inspired by the daily struggle organizations face—endless documents scattered everywhere, critical updates lost, and hours wasted reading irrelevant files. I wanted to solve this chaos.

What it does

DocuStream intelligently routes documents to the right people, extracts actionable points and deadlines, and creates a transparent knowledge hub so nothing is missed or lost.

How we built it

We combined smart categorization, compliance tracking, and AI-powered summarization to ensure clarity, accountability, and collaboration across departments.

Challenges we ran into

Designing a routing system that works across multiple departments without overlap, ensuring accuracy in action-point extraction, and building real-time transparency were tough problems.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I am proud to have created a working system where documents flow seamlessly, teams stay aligned, and institutional memory is preserved.

What we learned

I learned how critical smart automation is for scaling organizations, and how small inefficiencies in document management can create massive ripple effects.

What's next for DocuStream

I am planning to add selective filtering, so users can share documents while excluding specific recipients when needed—giving even more control and precision to document sharing.
