Inspiration
In colleges, hospitals, and government offices, people submit important documents and then wait blindly—no confirmation, no updates, no accountability. We noticed how often students, patients, and citizens had to physically revisit offices just to ask “Is my document verified?”. This lack of transparency wastes time, creates stress, and overloads staff. DocTrack was inspired by the need for clarity, trust, and accountability in document handling.
What it does
DocTrack is a verified document submission and tracking system that allows users to: Upload documents securely Track their real-time verification status See clear updates like Submitted, Under Review, Verified, Rejected Receive comments if something is missing or rejected Admins can: Review submissions in one dashboard Verify or reject documents Add remarks and request additional documents Everything is transparent and traceable.
How we built it
We built DocTrack using Firebase for speed, scalability and its prototype We used firebase because it has the capability of creating a complete website or app with proper authentication and backend plus it is by google so it has the access to all the google resoruces. We integrated Gemini in this project. Your input and support will make that happen

Multi-document submissions per request Email/SMS notifications for status changes QR-based submission tracking Institution-level customization (college, hospital, govt office) Analytics dashboard for administrators DocTrack aims to become a standard layer of trust between institutions and people.
