Inspiration

Making it easy for small business owners to get calls and quote requests without the burden of receiving fake calls or hiring receptionists.

What it does

The AI agent receives lead calls, ask questions and log the important information regarding the request. Then summarizes the client company information from their website and send it all to the business owner to have a better understanding of the clients needs before reaching back and visiting them.

Challenges we ran into

Integration between ElevenLabs conversational AI agents with webhooks endpoints to populate Google Sheets spreadsheets, then send notifications to the business owner about the received calls.

What we learned

Vibe coding with Windsurf makes the development a lot easier and quicker, but it needs to be done carefully, with a lot of checks and tests, making sure to read the code generated and understanding it to avoid huge production errors.
