Project: Ecomverse

Inspiration

Our team, a group of passionate metaverse enthusiasts, drew inspiration from the rising demand for immersive online experiences. We were driven by the vision of revolutionizing e-commerce by creating a 3D metaverse. Being fervent about the metaverse concept, we were inspired to build a platform that would cater to modern shoppers seeking more engaging and personalized online shopping.

Learning Experience

Throughout the hackathon, we learned the significance of collaboration and resourcefulness. Each team member brought unique skills and perspectives, fostering a dynamic environment that encouraged learning from one another. We also gained insights into the integration of 3D technologies, user experience design, and the importance of scalability in a project of this nature.

Building the Project

Our project was built using Unity3D for 3D rendering, Blender for modeling and animations, PHP for backend functionality, and Taipy for backend ui.

Challenges Faced

One of the primary challenges was optimizing the 3D environment for various devices without compromising quality.
