Inflooens

We want to help a seller increasing thier sales!

Inflooens was gently designed to solve the seller's problem, ADVERTISING! Inflooens will help the sellers inceasing their sale by maximising the advertising potential of their lovely product! SPEND LESS, INFLUENCE MORE.

What it does

Inflooens core is connected with the facebook api to retrieve an facebook page influencer's information as much as possible. Then, by using powerful machine learning algorithms, inflooens recommends the seller a brunch of potential influencer who will help them increasing their sales! Not only on the demand side! Inflooens also offers a great opportunity to the facebook page influencer who wants to show their potential and generate a money with it.

How I built it

We use a facebook api to retrieve the facebook page influencers information. Then, by using react, redux, materials-ui, django, django rest framework and sqlite, we craft a amazing web app which connects the sellers and influencers together! And to maximise user's benefit, we also build a powerful recommendation system to deeply connect their lovely product with the right influences!

Challenges I ran into

There are some crucial information that needed a page access token to retrieve and we can't get this access token without the permission of facebook page's influencer. So, we develop a 'Claim Page' system and some win-to-win business model to catch their interest.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Everything in Inflooens is heart-made. So, we're proud of every single piece in our data product!

What I learned

We learned how to clean the data before using in a model-based collaborative filtering.

What's next for Edtech data product

Create another recommendation system that using the data generated by Inflooens (maybe 'Association rule')
Create a regression model to predict the increasing sale that the seller will receive after advertising his/her product on each facebook’s influencer
Create a chat bot that will send a invitation message (ex. There are 5 sellers who looking on your information on Inflooens. So, let's join us!) to the facebook page influencer when there are some seller looking on his/her information on Inflooens. This should make more influences ti come claiming their facebook page on Inflooens.
