Inspiration
Education is the fundamental change that will impact the upbringing and the development of the economy directly. A standard quality education for all students is a global commitment.
1/3rd of children do not have access to basic education ( 131 million students). The other 1/rd student population lack quality education due to limited resources.
Developing societies such as Somalia and Zambia provide a higher salary for teacher, but the lack of graduates and the lack of qualified teacher makes it harder for organisations to find a suitable candidate for the job.
These countries also fall behind on the provision of clean water and proper sanitation for all students. To help redirect funds from sectors such as recruitment and provide more funding towards the development of school infrastructure including the provision of clean water and sanitation.
