Inspiration

Expensive quality educational system : Leaving majority of Student being a dropout/unintrested in schooling.

What it does

Connecting Potential and verified indigent student to available and result-oriented NGOs/Bank/Individual

How we built it

We built a Prototype of what the website would be with the MERN (MongoDb-Express-React-Nodejs) stack.

Challenges we ran into

Firstly, was timezone differences, for instance we had to consider three different timezones to be able to be up for this project. I and my partner timezone was 5:30 hours different from each other and which in turn is different from the Hackathon timezone

Also We had little time to prepare for the program

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Able to come up with a clean and clear roadmap of what our solution should look like Able to build the prototype website to showcase what we are bringing to the table. Able to do research on able investors,Scheme,Humanitarian and Philantropist who are ready to sponsor indigent student in their education .

What we learned

We Learnt that there are organizations,Ngo and individauls available to sponsor indigent students but no way of verifying if the student really is intrested in the schooling or just planning to elope with the fund

Also we Learnt that there are student who needed this loan, but does not know a viable and reliable platform that can help them
