Not all shelters accept food donations, if they do they have to meet certain requirements and require food to be dropped off at their addresses. When involving volunteers and adjacent organizations as third parties, we found out that most of their lines of work don't not overlap with our purpose (not all of them participate in food distribution with third parties)
