Inspiration
A system designed in the wake of COVID-19. Specifically designed for departmental stores, showrooms, public places, etc.
What it does
Doors open after the camera checks if the person requesting access is masked. If a person tries to be smart by sneaking in behind a person, the CCTV inside the store identifies such an unmasked person, takes the ss of the live feed, removes the noise from the image, and notifies the security team.
How we built it
We trained a model with 400 images each that took about 1 hour.
Challenges I ran into
Using Azure for the first time and integrating the program to the website.
What's next for Enhanced Security System
Ability to identify fire or someone carrying lethal weapons or sharp objects into the store. Notifying 911 automatically in case of such events.
