Inspiration
Modelling agencies having a strict guideline that they need to follow for attractiveness; this take a lot of time to process countless applicants. With one of our group members being a content creator, he faced this issue, and had this decision making for modelling take too long to process. This project seeks to lessen the time for this process, allowing modelling agencies to
What it does
Scans your face and rates it out of 10 objectively, giving a facial feature breakdown: with a percentage score of averageness, skin quality, sexual dimorphism (which basically differentiates between female and male looks objectively), adiposity health (which measures body fat that negatively affects health), expression score (which analyzes whether their expression is positive and uplifted, or downwards and negative). and lastly grooming score (whether their appearance is nicely kept and clean).

Challenges we ran into
We originally planned to create a web app called "Wait do AI know you?" which vision was to end awkward "I know your face, but…" moments forever with an AI that remembers the names and stories you forget. This does this by having a personal database of user uploaded profiles of people they connected and interacted with, including their image of their faces, name, and optional facts. Whenever they meet with them again, but go through the awkward phase of forgetting their name, they can upload an image of their face and the ai matches it with an uploaded profile, giving them the name and possibly facts, promoting less awkward and more personal interactions between people. Implementing the ai api for the face similarity scanner was challenging and we were unsuccessful in doing this. As a result, we resorted to vibe coding this "troll" project that measures facial attractiveness with an easier to implement api.

What's next for Face Scanner 3000
Possibly implementing a text box where users (specifically modelling agencies) can input constraints for what facial features and scores they are looking for when models scan their faces, allowing for easier and more effective model processing in a more efficient timeline.
