Feedback Flow

Inspiration Our inspiration for Feedback Flow came from our shared hatred for tedious feedback forms.

What it Does Feedback Flow is an AI-driven platform that transforms 30 seconds of plain text feedback into actionable insights, helping organisations understand and act on user input with ease.

How We Built It We initially explored Google Cloud Platform (GCP) but pivoted to Bubble.io for its ease of use and rapid development capabilities. Our platform uses gpt3.5 turbo via API to group and weight data input.

Challenges We Ran Into Since we had never built a website before, everything problem we encountered was novel and challenging. Since this was our first hackathon, we had to quickly learn team-work, and time management skills, especially since we are a TEAM OF TWO.

Accomplishments That We're Proud Of We built an MVP for a product we genuinely have faith in.

What's Next for Feedback Flow We aim to pursue Feedback Flow as a startup, with plans to first distribute it for free to some departments through our network for feedback, and then seeking funding for advertising, and better developers.
