Inspiration
Imagine living in a society where sending emails and sharing files are both simple and easy. There is no need to struggle with heavy email attachments, confounding cloud storage solutions, or device compatibility problems. With our innovative file sharing project, we can develop this future. We can completely change how people exchange information and collaborate by utilising the most recent technology and putting a strong emphasis on the user experience. Our solution will be quick, secure, and simple, making it the preferred option for people and businesses of all sizes. So let's work together to create a file sharing platform that encourages cooperation and eases life a little.
What it does
- Password-less Authentication using Twilio REST API
- Seamless file transfer using Storyblok
- Keep Track of sent or received files
- Delete files which are no longer needed
- Set expiry of file to be sent
- Manage Profile
How we built it
We used Storyblok Management APIs for transferring files over internet through Storyblok. We used Twilio REST APIs for password-less authentication. We used Postman Workspace for interacting with other team mates for API debugging and testing.
Challenges we ran into
We Explored the Storyblok for our mission and we found out that Storyblok can be used for seamless database management, thus we started exploring Storyblok documentation and it is very new and emerging technology, so it was a learning curve for us. However, with the help of kind and helpful mentors we solved all our doubts and thoughts during development.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
we're new to this technology and we're proud that we submitted our project within deadline by using Storyblok Management APIs. It was quiet challenging for us to read and follow documentation, Though we completed our project within deadline. We explored and learned more about Storyblok and looking forward to implement it further.
What we learned
We learned about Storyblok's features such as Visual Editor, Storyblok Management APIs, Headless CMS. It was amazing learning experience. We learned how to manage assets in Storyblok.
What's next for Fileblok
We are looking for transferring our application to website and for that we're thinking of using Storyblok and for that we'll learn more about Visual Editors.
