Difference of life and death First Responders who are aware of recent accidents in their immediate vicinity may be able to provide on-site assistance at a sooner time than officials responding to the scene Currently, there are not many major mobile networks that allow First responders to keep up to date with all the instances of accidents and situations going on around them.
