Inspiration
Every day people are checking it out thousands of tourist destinations and our team thought, that we can provide a better way to represent all the tourist destinations in simpler way than tourist companies are using today.
What it does
It shows all the flights from a city in a chart, with x axis being the distance and y axis being the cost of two way flight.
How we built it
The back end is built in Node.js, which interacts with skyscanner APIs, and front end is made in HTML + JavaScript.
Challenges we ran into
Probably the hardest one was to make the back end successfully communicate with Skyscanner API (parsing the locations of cities, how costly are they, making sure right IDs go into right places)
