FleetRank

Inspired by the need for precise and real-time fleet performance tracking, we developed FleetRank, a powerful leaderboard system. Our project was driven by the goal of enhancing fleet management through detailed metrics like Pumping Hours, Transition Time, and Non-Productive Time. Building FleetRank involved switching from Flask to Node.js to handle data fetching more efficiently, which greatly improved performance and real-time updates. Throughout this process, we learned the importance of flexibility and adaptability in technology choices. We faced challenges with data integration and real-time updates but overcame them by optimizing our tech stack and refining our approach. FleetRank not only provides actionable insights through daily and weekly rankings but also sets a new standard for fleet efficiency and operational excellence.
