Inspiration

As a CTO and manager in my career, I see:

• It takes so much time to manage team members' performance.
• My managers friends at MAANGS share the same thing. Half of them try sophisticated tools (Asana, Monday, ...) then go back to Excel spreadsheet. The reason: it takes so much time to input data.
• Project management tools are so complex and take so much time to input data to use.

What it does

• SaaS platform to manage company, people, team, project in real-time.
• Focustee AI simplify team, people, project management by nobody has to do anything but just your normal work recording: updating tasks. Focustee does the rest of heavy lifting in the background.

• FocusBot powered by OpenAI assistant will do/replace the following work
  • project manager (real-time tracking/coordination/report, non-technical)

Challenges we ran into

• OpenAI GPT4 is expensive right now. But we think it'll be more affordable in the future.
