Inspiration

I have experience wholesaling real estate.

What it does

Allows users to sell their homes and addresses via nft which represents deed ownerships. Also allows users to get loans for refinance their homes.

How I built it

I wanted to use the react moralis marketplace template to mint nft addresses and houses. Then I was going to create functions and smart contracts with polygon to give user a way to finance or sell their house.

Challenges I ran into

Time management and my team didn't contribute at all. In the next hackathon I do I know to get with a good team.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Well this was my first time really trying to make a app and I didn't even get half way finished. I guess you have to start somewhere right.

What I learned

How to start to develop a dapp. I also learn a lot about the web3 infrastructure and tech stack. Moralis was very interesting to learn. IPFS and filecoin storage is interesting too.
