Intervals are counts between feedback, for example: You need to feedback with 10 interval, means you will be notified on 10, 20, 30, 40 ... and so on, there are many intervals set to choose from.
*Presets: this is another feature what allow you to start counting from ready made numbers such as 100, 500, 1000
