What it does

  • we provided a fully interactive platform to allow the members to: I. Mettings on discord
    1. find the best timing for the meetings
    2. provided different charts and statistics to the users so he can see the growth and how many members are interested in the meetings, subjects too.
    3. suggest the best timing to start an event
    4. save the meetings data so the recommendation system will build it's suggestions based on real data
    5. all the interaction with the discord bot is from the platform, easy to manage.

II. Posting on social media platforms:

  1. post once everywhere and at the best time based on previous suggestions and data from other platforms. the posting will be automatically based on the time given.
  2. provide different charts, to track the insights and the data about social media

As we said, GDmeetings, is one platform for all, no stress about the posting anymore

How we built it

we used different technologies for the back-end and the fornt-end we used node js and express to build the API, that will allow us to interact with the bot, like fetching data from the server and save it to the DB, send announcement to preferred channels from the platform ofc, we can event get the how many users are in the voice chat after starting the meeting, guess what ?, this will be also saved and used by the model. we built an intuitive web page, with a good UX design to provide the best experience for the users.

Challenges we ran into

we faced some challenges with fetching all the data from the server, on specific events, defining a well structured collections, for other uses ( front end, AI models ... )

Accomplishments that we're proud of

we are proud that we managed to get all the data that we need for future uses, and save it to the database. we are proud that we were able to find a unique solution for repetitive announcement, and delays that can happen, our solution will let you post once and the rest will be done automatically
