Inspiration

Innovations go viral, not businesses We were inspired by the challenges that small and mid-sized businesses face when expanding nationally or internationally. The complexities of market research, compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and the time and expense involved make it daunting. Through personal experiences, customer studies and interviews, we gained insights into how these obstacles can slow down or prevent growth, especially for resource-constrained companies or every single company with huge dreams.

What it does

GO GLOBAL simplifies international expansion for small and medium-sized businesses by using AI-powered agents. These agents deliver three core features for now: 1 - Tailored global market expansion strategies based on in-depth analysis. 2 - Intelligent lead generation, connecting businesses to customers, partners, and distributors quickly. 3 - Seamless client verification across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and speeding up onboarding processes.

The platform also includes an expo dashboard that helps businesses connect with agencies ready to support their expansion.

How we built it

We developed GO GLOBAL using a tech stack that includes Next.js for the front end, Clerk for authentication, and Supabase for database management. For AI capabilities, we integrated Llama Index (the main framework), OpenAI LLM, Mistral and Vertex AI. ( we used Kindo AI for role-playing as the marketing lead )

Challenges we ran into

The primary challenges revolved around accurately gathering and analyzing global market data, talking to a lot of people in the hackathon, and integrating various AI models to provide seamless service. Additionally, scaling the platform to handle the unique needs of different businesses presented significant technical challenges.

What we learned

Throughout the development process, we deepened our understanding of the complexities businesses face when trying to expand globally. We conducted thorough customer studies and gained first-hand knowledge from entrepreneurs and business owners, which helped shape the platform's features and functionalities.

Next, we’re looking forward to launching the platform and helping businesses achieve global growth more efficiently. We also want to incorporate user feedback to further enhance the platform and create opportunities for people to support others in their expansion efforts.
