HeartMon

Inspiration

There are many problems in our society for which we need a platform to solve them.Seeing the announcement of PCMC Hackathon it inspired our team to participate in it.

What it does

It's a iot device which monitors heart sytem of senior citizen and abnormality of heart can be detected and preventive measures can be taken.It also send warnings to registerd person as well as doctors if any abnormality is detected.

How we built it

We built it on a arduino platform using ESP8266.

Challenges we ran into

Connecting it to a wifi-module.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Whatever we had planned worked out successfully.

What we learned

We learned different types of platform as well as cloud computing.

What's next for HeartMon

We are going to add more sensors to increase the accuracy of the system.
