TIC TOC DOC

it can be difficult and frustrating to get an appointment with your doctor due to large number of patient per doctor and poor optimisation of doctor’s time

Problem from patient perspective: long wait list. Average wait for an appointment is 2-4 WEEKS. Problem from doctor's perspective: patients don’t show up to the appointment (can vary from 17-31%) or are being late and do not notify their doctor. As a result doctor's time is getting wasted. One no show is estimated to cost 110€. It can add up to at least 100 millions per year.

Solution: a service that allows a patient to easily book any doctor. It also allows editing appointments and notifying the doctor in case of cancellation or being late. On the other hand the app also allows the doctor to notify their patients if they are running late, etc. A doctor can also send a prewritten personalised message by pressing a button.
