HireLet "matches" homeless users with employers the easy way, using a straightforward and user-friendly interface. Users create an account depending on whether they are job-seeking or part of a company looking for new employees. Job-seekers add a short 200 character description, upload a professional picture, set job tags according to their credentials, and adjust their search mile radius. Employers upload a company logo inclusive of their name as well as tags describing the work they are looking for from potential prospects. A "match" is then generated for employers based on the search mile radius and job tags. The employer then presses either the "o" for a yes, or "x" for a no. When a job-seeker and an employer connect, both can use the app's chat service powered by Sinch through Parse to establish communication.
