Inspiration

We wanted to create an internet of things device that was capable of moving around and simple tasks.

What it does

What we tell it to do. It will go forward, turn right, turn left, stop, and dance.

How we built it

Joel cut and 3D printed parts, Sam wrote the firmware to make the robot move, Sophie wrote the server on Google Cloud, and I set up the client on the Raspberry Pi.

Challenges we ran into

We ended up using lots of technologies we had no experience using.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

It works.

What I learned

Doing Internet of Things stuff from a NAT'd address can be troublesome.
