Inspiration

Our inspiration for "Hose Ventures" came from the need to create a transparent and reliable platform for managing houses and tenants. We wanted to address the challenges faced by both landlords and tenants in the rental process, and minimizing the crisis happening in rental properties, providing a space where users can review and build a track record for themselves. The goal is to foster trust and streamline the housing management experience for all stakeholders.

What it does

"Hose Ventures" is a comprehensive platform that facilitates the management of rental properties. Landlords can list their properties, and tenants can search for suitable homes based on their preferences. The unique feature of our platform is the bidirectional review system. Both tenants and landlords can leave reviews, creating a transparent and accountable community. The platform also includes tools for communication and document management to enhance the overall rental experience.

How we built it

Using a combination of modern web development technologies. The frontend is developed using react-native , providing an intuitive and responsive user interface. The backend, powered by Java script and PHP, handles data storage, user authentication, and communication between users.

Challenges we ran into

While developing "Hose Ventures," we encountered several challenges. One significant challenge was integrating the payment system securely. Overcoming this required implementing encryption protocols and extensive testing. Another obstacle was ensuring legal compliance with local housing regulations, which we addressed by conducting thorough research and consulting with legal experts in the field.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud to have created a functional and user-friendly platform that addresses the needs of both landlords and tenants.
