Inspiration

I got inspired to build this, because I am currently enrolled in a US university, but stationed in Turkey. The timezone difference sometimes really makes me confused, and I decided to find a convenient solution to this problem rather than doing mental arithmetic or googling the answer.

What it does

It converts the time from a time zone to the time from your time zone with a simple click.

How I built it

I built it using Android Studio. I used the language Java.

Challenges I ran into

I did not know how Spinner's worked in Android Studio, so I had to figure it out.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

It is my first hackathon that I submitted a project. Also, I learned how to deal with Spinner's.

What I learned

The challenges of writing code in a limited amount of time.

What's next for Hour2Hour

It is a timezone converter app.
