Dev Team's Reflection

While building this application, our team explored several options in vector embeddings, prompt engineering, and model selection. Through this, we gained experience in a range of areas, learning more about open source LLMs and how to tweak specifications to improve performance. We enjoyed problem-solving the challenges we faced and will be working on HR-IQ as an ongoing project.
