A suite of smart wearable products targeted towards personal safety. It is a safety device for all the bikers,skier's who are vulnerable to any kind of unfortunate accident and then losing consciousness to ask people for help.
This device in the form of a helmet would be having a GPS and GSM module in order to record the coordinates of the rider and storing it to the cloud so that it can only be used in case of an emergency.The helmet in this case is equipped with sensors to immediately recognize an accident and uses the GSM connection to send a GEO-Tagged SOS message to the rescue squad,local police authorities and other prefed numbers of relatives with the coordinates.
Though there are many apps for sending an SOS but they are essentially futile and inaccessible in case of an emergency.What if the person is ineligible to use his phone at the moment? What if an attacker gets hold of the phone ?
On similar lines, watches, belts can be designed for women safety which is the need of the hour. The idea is to improve personal safety standards for all in our day to day life where obviously the use of smart phones is not feasible.
