IMPACTful

Inspiration

I love sports and would hate to stop playing because of an injury. The same goes for anyone.

What it does

Records number of hits, provides live feedback of an athletes' acceleration to both the coach and the player on our website online.

How we built it

We built a python background which communicates with the web app though Ajax and api's. We used Arduino 101 to provide live feed information which we graphically represented.

Challenges we ran into

Bluetooth connectivity issues with the Arduino 101. Multiple sensor integration.

What's next for IMPACTful

There is so much scope for the future for IMPACTful. If many users begin to use them we can use machine learning to find out data could could revolutionise the athletics industry.
