Main Idea:

Freelancer style site Youth can sign up and create a profile Starting local, Cincinnati Area to get established with local companies and schools, once established the system is ready to scale and grow to be regional, then national. Companies can post tech based internship app (Will branch out to other opportunities other than tech in the future) Youth bids for the opportunity Companies select youth and extends offers Youth can accept or deny offers

Misc: Companies will review the work Youth can earn badges on profile for accreditation Youth will only have the good reviews displayed on their profile, as they are still young and in training.

Innovative Approach: Building a Freelancer/Upwork style platform but for local companies to provide opportunities to local students as internships and co-ops.

Learning Outcome: Getting experience with WordPress as a developer, not using plugins as solutions, but focused on building functions using PHP and the best standards established by the WordPress Codex.

Purpose and Value: Provides a platform for high school and college students to look for internships and co-ops with local verified companies.
