Inspiration

We want to empower women in the male-dominated tech field and help them land their dream roles in the workforce. Our app helps women gain a competitive edge in the tech job market by recreating the application process -- providing unlimited feedback on their resume and interactive practice for their interview.

What it does

The app is your best friend on your way to land your dream offer -- it's both a mock interviewer and a resume reviewer. After you describe the job you want to apply to, our chatbot will ask you questions that commonly surface in a real-world interview for the job, like a conversation you would have with the interviewer. Our resume scorer will review the resume pdf file you upload and assign you a score (percentage) and offer summary feedback based on the key criteria and keywords accurately. You can improve your resume and interview skills from the interactive feedback our app delivers!
