But sometimes, finding skilled interviewers to practice with is both hard expensive, whats next? Introducing Interview Master, your AI interviewer. What is Interview Master? Interview Master is both a web and mobile application to help you prepare through a natural speech to speech mock interview with your AI interviewer. Our primary user is for interviewees, where our interviewer will ask you content specific questions for any interview situation. Future users include interviewers, where our product can assess interview performance for a particular interviewee. There are a staggering 1.57 million job vacancies per year in Australia alone of which on average receive 15 applicants per job vacancy. Each applicant will get 2-3 interviews in a job opening which equates to 45 million interviews per year! That’s more interviews than people in Australia! Interview Master can simulate your next interview with our 4 key features: You can speak directly to our interviewer and the interviewer will understand you both in content and context. The interviewer will also ask and reply to you using their voice and you can also read what they say on your screen. We also have a CV analyser, in which the AI interviewer can gain a sense of you as a person and get personalised questions about yourself and your experience. Finally, our interviewer will provide you feedback on how well you have performed in your interview and provide you with points of improvement for interviews in the future. Our international personalities include the team from the States, Sophie and oliver, for those who will be preparing their adventure in silicon valley. Lastly, we have the UK team, Emily and Jack, just one step away from Buckingham Palace! Now onto the demo of how our product will help you in your next interview! For the heart of our project, we have used openai api for our chat bot interviewer, express JS for backend development, vue JS for front end and Kotlin android for mobile.

Future development for our product include a performance score where the AI interviewer grades you for how well you have performed, a login system so the AI interviewer can track and personalise your progress and an emotion checker to help you improve your intonation and emotions when speaking. This hackathon has been a fun and amazing experience for every one of us and we hope you have enjoyed it too!

For Interview Master's future, we also plan to revolutionize user interaction with a highly intuitive and customizable interface. Users will begin by entering, typing, or recording their queries. Following this, the platform will intelligently present a variety of icons and options based on the query, guiding users through a seamless selection process. Whether it’s exploring the best restaurants in a specific area or seeking job interview advice, Interview Master will leverage open-world APIs like Google Maps, alongside databases and blogs, to gather information. Users will then specify the format they prefer for their results, be it Excel, audio, video, or Google Docs, among others. This forward-thinking approach not only enhances user experience but also ensures that Interview Master remains at the forefront of digital interview preparation tools, catering to diverse needs and preferences.
