The idea was inspired from my friends and me
What it does
Helps international high school students get all the required information on one platform
How we built it
There is a homepage which is made by html and css. There are hyperlinks on the top of the homepage. The college search page has the option of. Then there is academic requirement page where there are image hyperlinks to different standardized tests. The last two pages are international tips and contact us which basically uses simple html coding and css to give details on the process of applying.
Challenges we ran into
We had the problem of connecting the front-end and the back-end because html and sql do not share similar platform.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We accomplished the way to connect the front-end and back-end. Our main goal was to make a website for international high school student who wanted to do their bachelors abroad and give as much information as possible on one website.
What we learned
We learnt new and complex coding which we would have to connect dissimilar languages.
