What it does: This is a Business solution for Human resource which automates the screening process of applicants' resumes managing the posting and or advertising to varying platforms for open positions.

Challenges we ran into: Making sure that the API and the python script worked together.

Accomplishments that we're proud of: Getting the python script to successfully parse multiple resumes and apply a score or rank of legible applications.

What we learned: We learned about the various natural language processing libraries and scripts available.

What's next for iRecruit+: Creating a platform which caters to applicants who wish for the jobs to find them. This platform would work with businesses which have access to iRecruit+.
