JAL QUEST

Inspiration

After a boring boring experience of waiting during the transit.

What it does

You use it while waiting for the transit. The JAL character "Jalion" gives you some quizzes to solve(the answers are in numbers). Then you go the gate that has the same number. You check if answers are right by getting the QR-code there. After solving 5 times, you win a prize.

How we built it

Android: Java, Server: Ruby on Rails

Challenges we ran into

It was difficult to keep the Android's performance speed well enough while connecting to the server.

When we managed to handle the QR-code.

A much deeper understand about Android app development.
