Finding the perfect job environment can be tough. Therefore, we wanted to facilitate the process and automatically connect with cultural fit companies.
What it does
JobFit is a cross-platform app which connects to users' social profiles and categorizes their personalities. The app then calculates match percentages and order companies by its cultural fit.
How we built it
Ionic Framework was used to develop JobFit.

Our team faces many challenges related to the use of Ionic Frameworks and Facebook API.

We believe our app achieves its goals and successfully makes easier for users to connect with cultural fit jobs.

What's next for JobFit
JobFits is working to further develop our cultural fit algorithm and info about companies environments. We believe we can expand our data by analyzing workers' social media accounts, making environment data more accurate.
