Inspiration

To give urban youth (age 14 to 19, mostly High School age) their first job as a gig job. Originally dog walking.

What it does

Web/Mobile App to manage both the student and customer side, for a dog walking service.

How we built it

Built with Marvel App - prototype only at this point.

Challenges we ran into

Do not know anything about an NPO.

Accomplishments that we are proud of

Worked with international team and got our pitch done.

What we learned

Never enough time to get everything done within 54 hours. Online teamwork with 4 different (very widely distributed) time zones was not easy.

What's next for JobOne

Looking to release a prototype to our first High School next year.
