Inspiration

We just love using Reddit and wanted to emulate our experience for the general public.

What it does

This stereotypical Reddit user asks if you have a Reddit account, plays games, uses 4Chan, is a weeaboo, etc. Get to know him better by having a deep conversation!

How we built it

We hard-coded the responses in Python for minimum latency. Our chatbot is locally hosted and thus runs optimally on lower-end devices.

Challenges we ran into

We struggled to submit the project on time and integrate AI into the responses. One could say we took a "blue-collar" approach to formulating our chatbot.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We used mathematical equations and imported the time library in our code.

What we learned

We learned how to have fun and present a project to the judges.

What's next for Kind Stranger

Integrating AI responses into our chatbot; developing a user-friendly UI to enhance the experience.
